KSEA Membership Sign-up Guidance

Overview

1. For Membership Renewal:

– Click the following site
https://form.jotform.com/KSEAIT/renewal-and-consent-form-53rd

– Complete the information form.
– Please select the Chapter : ‘New York Metropolitan’.
– Complete other information and submit the form.
– These are all steps necessary for membership renewal.

2. For New Members: please proceed to the next pages

Overview for New Membership

1. Sign up on the KSEA official website

2. Receive a confirmation code via email

3. Sign in using the newly registered account

4. Under the ‘KSEA Information’ tab in ‘My Profile’, select ‘(Super Chapter) New York Metropolitan’ as the local chapter, and update your profile

5. Submit your login information in the Google survey for
“NY-Metropolitan KSEA New Member Login Info”

2. Click on “Join” button located on top-right corner of the website.

3. SIGN up entering the required information.

4. Enter the 6-digit confirmation code you received via email.

5. SIGN in with your new account.

6. In ‘My Profile’, select ‘KSEA Information’.

7. Choose ‘(Super Chapter) New York Metropolitan’ as your local chapter – Don’t forget to click ‘UPDATE’ to save your change !!

8. Submit your login information through the Google survey for
“NY-Metropolitan KSEA New Member Login Info.“
