KSEA Membership Sign-up Guidance

⚠️ Most Important Point

KSEA membership registration Headquarters (HQ) Local Chapter affiliation are two separate stepsIf you only register HQ don’t select a chapter, you will pay your membership fee but end up as a “ghost member”

— not affiliated any local chapter
— you will not receive any New York Metropolitan Chapter activities or benefits.

You must complete all 4 steps below.

New Member Registration Process

Step 1Register on the KSEA HQ website
Go to https://www.ksea.org/signUp to sign up as a new member

Step 2Receive a confirmation code via email
Be sure to check your email after registering
Keep this confirmation code — you will need it to log in again

Step 3Log in again the confirmation code
Use the confirmation code you received to log back into the KSEA website

Step 4Select your chapter in your profile (★Most Important★)
After logging in, go to ‘My Profile’ → ‘KSEA Information’ tab
Under Local Chapter, select ‘(Super Chapter) New York Metropolitan’

Save/update your profile

If you skip this step, you will only be registered HQ — will NOT be registered as a member of the New York Metropolitan Chapter.
