UKC is an annual conference jointly organized the Korean-American Scientists and Engineers Association (KSEA) and the Korean Federation of Science and Technology Societies (KOFST). It draws over 1,000 scientists, engineers, government officials, industry executives, and policy-makers. The UKC 2017 “Engagement Opportunities for Global Challenges: Convergence and Innovation through Cooperation” focuses on UKC’s special multi-disciplinary nature. All papers are required to be written and presented in English. The papers will be reviewed and selected each Symposium Program Committee in consultation with the Conference Program Committee. All papers presented at the Conference will be collected and published in a Proceedings.
