In this this issue, we summarized the highlights of the 2015 Scientists and Engineers Early-Career Development Workshop (SEED) East and the Young Generation Technical and Leadership Conference (YGTLC) - Ygnite 2016, KSEA’s largest events for the Young Generation.  This year’s 2015 SEED East was held in Washington DC in December with about 100 participants and Ygnite 2016 was held in Dallas, Texas with about 200 participants.  We're also honored to deliver to you the featured article written Dr. Yong Nak Lee, KSEA's 10th President, on the Vision of KSEA for the next 50 years.

Beyond the highlights of SEED and Ygnite, we are pleased to share with you the upcoming 2016 KSEA Election candidate statements and their profiles.  We also continue to share the numerous success stories of the meetings and events of Local Chapters and Affiliated Professional Societies (APS).
